Health & Safety

SHE (Safety Health and Environment) is a Line Responsibility. This means that everyone from the senior-most level to the level of the labour/worker is responsible for environmental protection, occupational health & safety at the site. Responsibilities of various personnel are as under.

The aim of SHE (Safety Health & Environment) Management Plan is to integrate environmental protection, occupational health & safety components appropriately to effect safety in all operations and activities. An Environmental Friendly and Safe System of Work can be divided into the following components:

Aim & Scope

Aim of this Project SHE Plan is to highlight the steps to be taken to minimize environmental damage, occupational health risks and prevents accidents at this project site GCP strongly believes that all accidents are preventable and always tries to achieve zero accident rates. Scope of the Project SHE Plan is to cover all the activities pertaining to environmental protection, health & safety.

Design solutions as and when required (Good for construction drawings – GFC’s).
Execution of work as per the plan. Controlling and monitoring the overall activity.
Testing and commissioning.
Submission of all related documents of execution( Test Certificates, as build drawings etc.).
Handing over and customer satisfaction with feedback.

GOVERNMENT LAISONING

Getting temporary power sanction for all types of project execution.
Getting permanent power sanction of HT & LT for all types of projects.
Obtaining all required statutory approvals from concerned electricity supply companies.
Obtaining all statutory approvals from concerned Government Electrical Inspectorate.
Obtaining all statutory approvals from concerned Technical Audit and Quality Control(TAQC).
